    These terms and conditions apply to all your purchases from Premium Repair Services. They contain very important information about your legal rights and obligations, including legal limitations and exclusions that apply to you. By placing an order for any product from Premium Repair Services ("prsvic.com.au"), you ("Customer / Consumer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Premium Repair Services agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between the Customer and Premium Repair Services. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Premium Repair Services.


    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In addition to the rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law you may also be entitled to benefits under the terms of any additional manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's warranty (if it applies to your product) does not in any way affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Commonwealth Bank as one of our payment processors, they process the credit cards, so Premium Repair Services will never see you credit card number. Commonwealth Bank protects your privacy and information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.


    What Information Can I Access?


    Premium Repair Services gives you access to the following information about you for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information. This list will change as our web site evolves.


    Children


    Premium Repair Services does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Premium Repair Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

    If you choose to visit Premium Repair Services, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Victoria. Premium Repair Services respects the privacy of customers and does not collect any personally identifiable information through the re-marketing cookie. The third party vendors, such as Google Ads, place cookies on browsers to ensure advertisements and special offers are of interest and relevance to web users. This advertising information is gleaned by Google from a web users visits to web pages across the Internet.


  • Shipping Policy

    At Premium Repair Services, we use the most reliable and fastest delivery method. All orders will be shipped using one of the following methods:

    • Australia Post
    • Express Post


    Costs


    A standard shipping fee $25 will be applied.


    Same-Day Dispatch


    All in-stock orders placed before 12pm AEST (excluding weekends and public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.


    Delivery Times


    As a general guideline, deliveries to major cities will take 2 to 5 business days, whilst it could take up to 10 business days for more remote areas.


    Note: Areas affected by COVID-19 restrictions may experience delivery delays of an additional 1-3 business days.


    Backorders


    We strive to have all items in stock. However, if for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order in the normal time schedule, we will notify you within 2 business days.


    Notes

    • Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur a $25 redelivery fee.
    • If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
    • We deliver within Australia only. Overseas orders will NOT be accepted.


  • Return Policy

    At Premium Repair Services, we endeavour to provide you with our quality products. We understand that there could be circumstances where you need to return a purchase from us.


    To return a product, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number, which is valid for 30 days from the issue date.


    Change of Mind or Incorrectly Ordered Goods


    If you have incorrectly ordered or changed your mind about the consumables you have purchased, Premium Repair Services will be pleased to offer you a store credit or refund for the unused and unopened items you return. However, any shipping fee that you paid for the original purchase is non-refundable.


    Please note the following:


    • All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase
    • All items must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and free of any additional shipping labels or marks. We recommend using different external packaging for shipping to ensure goods returned are in good condition.
    • All incorrectly ordered or unwanted returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
    • Change of mind returns must be brought back to our service centre or posted back to us at your cost for processing.
    • Please ensure goods are returned with a tracking number, as we will not issue a store credit or refund for items that have not been received by our warehouse.
    • Goods that are shipped with ‘receiver to pay’ will be rejected, leaving the courier responsible for the appropriate disposal of the returned items.


    If these requirements are not satisfied, Premium Repair Services reserves the right not to offer a credit or refund. There will be a shipping fee to return any rejected items back to you.


    Faulty Items


    If the item has been received faulty or we have provided the wrong item to you, please notify us within 7 days. We might require you to return the defective item to us for inspection. Once the item(s) are inspected, our team will endeavour to provide an update or resolution within 5 business days.


    If an item within warranty is deemed faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, credit or refund, at the discretion of the manufacturer and/or Premium Repair Services.


    We reserve the right to decline a repair, replacement, credit or refund claim where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.


    Items Damaged in Transit


    Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt. All items damaged in transit must be reported to Premium Repair Services within 48 hours from the date of receipt. Please email a photo of the damaged packaging and/or the products to customerservice@cspmelb.com.au along with your invoice number.


  • Warranty Policy

    All spare parts purchased from Premium Repair Services have a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects only.


    Your genuine spare part is supplied directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer may supply parts which are refurbished. Premium Repair Services have no way to verify whether a part supplied has been refurbished.


  • Pricing Policy

    All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (Goods and services tax). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make amendments to the prices or information at any time without prior notice whether to amend typographical errors or adjust our costs based on supplier price changes.

    If the spare part is fitted incorrectly, you can compromise your safety and the integrity of the product. Premium Repair Services will not be liable for any damage or personal injury which occurs as a result.


    By fitting the spare part to your product, you may void the warranty on the product.
