With further plans to operate on a 7 days rotating roster we would be able to provide 7 days’ service to all customer to further increase satisfaction experience from our customers point of view.
Brown & White Goods Department

With a dedicated team of technicians to service the state of Victoria with a number of different time slots, PRS are in accommodating to our customers’ needs.
With 19 technicians over 6 days a week that is over 1000 different time slots our customers can chose from, with customer satisfaction our key priority, timely repairs for our customers are a must confident. Hence why our Technical teams KPI are in place to ensure PRS are providing WHITE GLOVE SERVICE to all customers.

HHP Department

With three PRS repair sites currently operating (Our Head Office in Clayton South, Melbourne Central, Highpoint Shopping Centre) and with an impressive spare part inventory at hand, a fast repair experience is with no doubt to be achieved. With an average of 1-hour turnaround time for Samsung products and 2-hour turnaround time for all other brands.

Uniforms & Vehicles

Our technicians and office staff are company uniform branded, to allow ease of recognition, and a sense of comfort for customers, especially for in-home services. Our fleet of fully maintained vehicles are dispatched daily to meet customer demand.
